Clinical Psychology Training Program

Training Days: Every weekday

Training Start Times: The training program begins at 08:30 on the first day and at 10:30 on the following days, with end times varying according to the schedule.

The training program is not part of a voluntary or mandatory internship.

On official holidays, the training will be paused, and for any training day that coincides with an official holiday, a Saturday within the training program dates will be added to the schedule.

Eligibility:

  • Graduates, master's students, or graduates of Psychology or Guidance and Psychological Counseling programs.
  • Students who have completed the third year of their undergraduate studies in Psychology or Guidance and Psychological Counseling.

Note: To participate in the Clinical Psychology Training Program, your transcript or graduation certificate must be approved by our training coordinator.

Participation Requirements:

  • 80% attendance is mandatory.
  • Participation in each training program is limited to 21 students.
  • Students who complete the training program will receive a participation certificate.
  • Students who apply for the training via the website will receive a response via email within two weeks.
  • Accepted students will receive a confirmation email, including payment information and the necessary documents for registration. The final registration will be completed once the required documents are submitted via email.

  • Students who wish to participate in the training program should send their name-surname, university department and year, training date, and transcript/graduation certificate to ik@fransizlape.com or fill out the Training Application Form below. Please ensure that all required information is completed.

Training Objectives:

  • Opportunity to observe across all inpatient wards on a rotational basis.
  • Participation in the morning meetings held in the inpatient wards every day.
  • Participation in the daily activities held in the inpatient wards and the rehabilitation workshop.
  • Attendance at the case meeting held every Thursday with the participation of the entire treatment team.
  • Participation in daily patient visits in the inpatient wards.
  • Observation of patient interviews and psychological test applications under the supervision of our psychiatrists/psychologists in the inpatient wards.
  • Observation of Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) applications.
  • Training evaluation meetings.
  • Throughout the training program, theoretical knowledge and practical skills will be provided by our expert treatment team through 25 modules listed below.
